- Orders placed with Lucy McIntosh will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday.

  Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.

- Delivery times are an approximate guide only.

- A physical address where delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when 

  placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to an PO Box.

- NZ delivery is free (includes tracking and insurance)

- Australia delivery - $20 2-4 working days (includes tracking and insurance)

- Rest of the world - $20 3-7 days (includes tracking and insurance)
