SHIPPING

 - Orders placed with Lucy McIntosh will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday.

   Any orders received outside of these times will be processe on the next working day.

 - Delivery times are an approximate guide only.

 - A physical address where delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when

   placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to an PO Box.

- NZ delivery is Free (includes tracking and insurance)

- Australia delivery - $20 2-4 working days (includes tracking and insurance)

- Rest of the world - $60 3-7 days (includes tracking and insurance)

  Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Lucy McIntosh takes no

  responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

 

 

  STOCK AVAILABILITY

 - We try our best to keep stock levels as up to date. Should the size that you ordered be out of stock we will

     refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement.

 - Should you wish to place a special order of a sold out item from a previous season please contact us directly

   DISPATCH

 - Orders will not be dispatched untill we have received payment in full. On confirmation of payment a receipt will

    be sent through to the email address you provided containing your invoice number and Track and Trace number.

 

 

   SALE ITEMS

 - We do not issue refunds on sale items. If you have any questions or enquiries please contact us before you finalise your purchase with payment.

 

 

  CURRENCY

 - All prices are shown in NZ dollars.

 

 

  PAYMENT

- Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

 - www.lucymcintosh.co.nz takes every precaution to make the site as safe as possible. We do not hold any payment details on record.

 

 

  CANCELLATION

- Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully before placing an order.

 - Please refer to our returns page for our returns policy. Please note that should you wish to return a garment purchased

 through our online store you must email us at sales@lucymcintosh.co.nz to inform us of returning garment.
